Return & Refund Policy – PlatesForYou

All products sold by PlatesForYou are custom-made to order.

Due to the personalised nature of number plates:

• We do not accept returns
• We do not offer refunds
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as personalised goods are exempt from cancellation rights.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item is faulty, or
• We have made an error in manufacturing your order

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

We are not responsible for errors made by the customer when entering registration details, spacing, or product selection.
